This is a combination set of the top pivot and pivot bracket used by several bi-fold door manufacturers. Typically used on wood bi-fold doors, the pivot is set in a 7/16 inch plastic base with a 1/4 inch spring loaded pivot pin. The 3/4 inch wide nylon pivot bracket is clamped into the top track. Typically used on wood bi-fold doors.
