Please note that when making an order with afrawigs.com, you are agreeing that you understand our Terms of Use as well as our Refund Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once the order is submitted at afrawigs.com, it cannot be cancelled. However, customers may request a return the orders. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURN POLICY

We will only accept returns if you received an incorrect or defective item. In the event that you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with in 48 hours of the item being delivered. In the email, please provide your name, order number, and an image of the incorrect or defective item.

We do not accept any return requests after 48 hours of the package being delivered; you must contact us within this time period
Qualifying items must be in new condition and in the original packaging with no signs of being displayed or worn. This includes smells of perfume, oils, pet odor or smoke.
We must receive the return items within 14 days of the return request. Otherwise, return request will be cancelled and/or charge back to your acct.
Any returned item that was not approved will be sent back to the customer and shipping will not be credited.
We will replace any return item with the same exact item. If the item is not available, we will provide a refund for the item. We regret to inform that the original shipping fee is non-refundable on all returns.
In any situation, we shall not send a replacement until the return item arrives to the store and is approved.

The returned items will be refunded as store credit.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

 

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

-Clearance items

-International orders

-Worn wigs, wigs that were tampered with (usage of dye, lace being cut off, etc), hair without the original packaging 

-Hair care products, cosmetics

-Original shipping cost

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and your RMA number printed or written on a piece of paper, and mail your return to the following address:

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
