Economical and robust, this base plate is used to securely fix a 4" x 4" square post to a floor. It provides a more resistant solution than traditional methods and facilitates the construction of your patio or deck. Easy to install (the plate is screwed under the post, then on the floor), baked powder coating finish provides excellent rust resistance. Cover it with Plakcap 44 or Base 44 decorative molding for a better finish.
