Adding a Master Flow 12-hour timer (model WHT36, sold separately) enables you to run your fan for a pre-set amount of time as needed. A minimum 1100 sq. ft. of attic space with a minimum of 1152 sq. in. of net free area attic exhaust is required for proper operation.
