Aluminum Summit swivel attachment brackets to be used in conjunction with aluminum Summit railing panels and posts. Swivel attachments are packaged two top brackets and two bottom brackets and installation screws for easy do-it-yourself application. One bracket package needed per railing section. Summit panel cross rails insert into cup of swivel bracket to help hide irregular cuts when adjusting railing length. Swivel brackets allow for side to side angles on a flat surface or up and down angles of a stair application within the railing configuration.
